1. What Skill Harbor is

Skill Harbor is an information directory of AI builds. We publish product listings and redirect buyers to the seller's own payment system. Sales are concluded directly between the Buyer and the Seller through the Seller's payment system. Skill Harbor is not a party to the sale contract, never processes sales payments, and takes no commission.

2. Our own services

Skill Harbor sells only one service: featured placement ($19/week), purchased through our own Stripe checkout. Listings and creator verification are free.

3. The "Verified creator" badge

A ✓ badge next to the creator's name means we confirmed the identity of the person behind the listing. It says nothing about the code itself: it is not a code review, not a security audit and not a guarantee of safety or fitness. We never claim to have reviewed the code. Always check a build before installing it.

4. Seller responsibility

Each Seller is solely responsible for their products and sales: accurate descriptions, payment, delivery, support, refunds, and taxes. Each Seller defines their own refund policy.

5. Prohibited uses

Listings containing malware, phishing, or illegal content are removed immediately and the seller is banned. Reports can be filed via the "Report" button on any listing or by email at theskillharbor@gmail.com.

6. Limitation of liability

Skill Harbor provides the directory "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for products sold by third-party sellers or for transactions concluded outside our platform.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and Canada. The French version prevails in case of discrepancy, in accordance with the Charter of the French Language.
